- Have 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS operations and/or consulting
- Strong ability to breakdown problems into smaller pieces, generate possible solutions, seek advice to find the best solution, and execute with meticulous attention to detail
- Effective in implementing CRM configurations and automations
- Skilled in processing data, testing, and troubleshooting
- Measured on your ability to collaborate effectively with engagement managers in client projects
- Quality of work | the solutions you generate are thoughtful and the end result is reliably accurate
- Time management skills | you can manage your workload and calendar in order to complete the work assigned to you with a high degree of integrity
- Iterative Problem Solving | you breakdown problems into small pieces and process the problem in batches while keeping stakeholder up to date on your approach and progress
- Communication | You use Loom and Asana comments to communicate efficiently.
As an consulting associate / sr. associate, you will report into a GTMA who will be your primary coach in your growth while working with engagement managers on various projects to gain exposure and learn the ropes 'on the job.'
- Have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS operations and/or consulting
- Serve as the client primary point of contact (typically 1-3 clients depending on the size)
- Focus on producing compelling case studies as your primary output
- Have strong relationship management skills to navigate the revenue organization effectively

- Promoted internally from associates (min 2 years as an associate > sr. associate)
- Have deep experience in your specific specialties such as
- CRM Solutions - Hubspot

- Data Analytics

- Serve engagement managers and GTMAs as your client
- Deliver exceptional work product and interface with clients where required to find the best solution

- Have 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS operations
- Serve as the advisors to multiple engagement managers - max of 4 engagement managers per GTM advisor
- Produce a portfolio of case studies and content to drive demand for the firm
- Work with Strategic resources to ensure that we collectively meet our pillars of success
- Manage the relationship with clients to navigate evolving dynamics
- Earn salary + 8% commission on sourced sales + 5% of the profits from your portfolio of clients
- Measured on case study output + revenue target + profitability target
