Position Overview: As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into valuable business insights and enabling data-driven decisions for our clients. Your focus will be on creating impactful dashboards and providing meaningful visualizations that bring clarity to complex datasets. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and a business-oriented mindset, with a strong emphasis on storytelling through data. While this role is Data Visualization-centric, we welcome candidates with Analytics Engineering backgrounds who demonstrate a passion for creating dashboards and data design.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering or other related fields.

• Minimum of 3 experience as a data analyst, or business intelligence analyst

• Advanced SQL proficiency and comprehensive ETL and data analysis skills.

• Expertise in building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and business intelligence principles.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with SQL and database structures; knowledge of data pipelines is a plus.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal.

• Bonus qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM data.

  • Familiarity with revenue and sales operations data analysis.

  • Proficiency in Looker or Looker Studio.

  • Experience with Python.

  • Knowledge of ChatGPT APIs.

  • Experience managing GCP (Google Cloud Platform) instances.
