The Journey: In this role, you will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and/or a Talent Account Executive to fill open roles in the Revenue Operations space. You will build and maintain a network of passive and active candidates, representing them to multiple growing companies. The ideal candidate will come in with a strong grasp of the Revenue Operations market and will be provided training to strengthen your understanding. Being a Revenue Operations consultancy, Lean Layer will provide you a best-in-class sales system and technology suite, to help you get the most of your work.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales Tools
  • Professionals (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Source active and passive candidates utilizing our database, Linkedin Recruiter, job boards, your network, email marketing, etc. 
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to interview to offer stage to close of sale
  • Run intake calls for new candidates, taking detailed notes of their experience and assess their fit for open roles
  • Pitch active roles with our clients to candidates, garnering interest and presenting opportunities for growth
  • Manage candidate interview activity and communicate timing and requirements to the client facing team
  • Understand the requirements, preferences and questions a candidate has about their next opportunity
  • Constant investment in learning and understanding Revenue Operations trends and best practices
  • Present and close candidates on offers


Qualifications and required qualities

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency model
  • Highly organized, strong work ethic, and very goal oriented
  • Experience working with recruiting technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Linkedin Recruiter, email automation tools.
  • Strongly preferred: Domain expertise of revenue operations roles and functions
  • Exceptional listening skills and excellent note taking ability
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and other KPIs
  • Capability to juggle multiple priorities and needs
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Compensation: $55-70K base + uncapped commission on placements
