Revenue Operations Manager

Position Title: Revenue Operations Manager

Location: Brazil (Fully Remote, aligned with New York working hours)

The firm enhances clients' GTM stacks, increases marketing-attributed revenue, and assists in areas like account scoring, forecasting, and tech stack optimization. With deep knowledge in revenue operations, Lean Layer stands out for its strategic vision alignment, enhancing forecasting accuracy, sales performance, and understanding the entire customer journey.

Job Summary: Lean Layer is seeking a Revenue Operations Managers, who will play a crucial role in executing end-to-end RevOps projects for our customers, B2B SaaS technology companies in the United States and Canada. This includes managing the project lifecycle from discovery, design, implementation, to enablement. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead RevOps projects for Lean Layer’s customers, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish
  • Utilize advanced project management skills to maintain attention to detail and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Apply deep knowledge of HubSpot to implement effective RevOps strategies.
  • Craft detailed reports and dashboards, revealing insightful narratives about the customer's business.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management abilities, including thorough discovery, a sense of urgency, effective delegation, meeting deadlines, and managing client expectations.
  • Analyze and apply funnel concepts, understanding the interplay between volume, conversion, and velocity.
  • Troubleshoot and identify issues and deviations from best practices in our clients’ go-to-market operations end to end (i.e. lead flow)
  • Ensure upstream and downstream systems from Salesforce are functional and system-sync is free of exceptions
  • Test new system configuration thoroughly to ensure solutions we deliver are free of defects (both technically - i.e. nothing is broken and logically - i.e. this makes sense for the workflow of the end-user and actually solves the problem it intends to solve)
  • Attend customer calls and ask the right questions to gain a deep understanding of their challenges
  • Get your hands dirty to pull reports and audit configurations in revenue tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo to validate assumptions and identify root causes
  • Serve as an expert for our customers' outbound sales motion - e.g. building prospecting lists, scraping valuable data points, and guidance on sequencing

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related fields such as Business, Finance, Operations, as well as Engineering degrees of any kind. We are looking for a diversity of backgrounds with strong foundation of analytical, logical, and organizational skills
  • Minimum of 3 experience as a RevOps professionals, preferably experienced working with a US-based company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work and thrive at a fast growing startup environment.
  • Proven project management expertise.
  • Strong work ethic with a consistent record of leading projects to success.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with data tools and languages - SQL, Python, Google Looker Studio etc.
  • Experience with a variety of common RevOps tools such as Outreach, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, SalesLoft, 6Sense, Demand Base etc. to help our clients operate better
