When should I hire internally vs bring on an agency?

It usually comes down to the scope of the work required, the current state of your revops department, and your budget.

What's the process of working together?

1. First, we'll hop on a call to assess if there's a mutual fit. If all goes well, we'll put together a proposal based on the scope & level of help you need. 

2. Phase 1: Once the contracts signed, we'll get access to your tech stack and systems (CRM, Slack, etc), align on priorities, and establish the roadmap.

3. Phase 2: Execute highest priority projects while simultaneously working on your roadmap to take your RevOps function from reactive to proactive.

4. Phase 3: Once the scope outlined in the proposal is complete, we'll reassess priorities and if needed continue to work together. Otherwise, we'll phase out and help with projects on an ad hoc basis in the future. We can also help you hire an internal resource (& support onboarding) if required.
