Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations to drive impactful results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role will involve leveraging your expertise in CRM systems, project management, and data analysis to lead teams, engage with clients, and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience and Technical Skills
    • Sales and Marketing Operations Experience: Demonstrated success in roles bridging sales or marketing with operational responsibilities. Experience transitioning between individual contributor (IC) and operations roles is highly valued.

    • CRM Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and/or HubSpot, including customizations, dashboards, and reporting.

    • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project to manage tasks and ensure project success.

    • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, Tableau, Looker, or other BI platforms to extract insights and inform decisions.

  • Collaboration and Team Leadership
    • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration

    • Delegation Expertise: Adept at assigning tasks effectively based on team members’ strengths and expertise.

    • Motivational Skills: Skilled in inspiring and energizing team members to achieve common goals and meet deadlines.

  • Client Engagement Skills
    • Discovery and Assessment: Ability to conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with clients to identify needs, pain points, and root causes of challenges.

    • Clear Problem Articulation: Expertise in summarizing and articulating client problems in a way that is concise, actionable, and understood by all stakeholders.

    • Proactive Problem-Solving: Capacity to anticipate client needs and address challenges based on industry knowledge and prior experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows and processes to support revops, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Leverage CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, generate actionable insights, and drive business efficiency.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline tools and systems that enhance productivity.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to align on goals, deadlines, and project deliverables.

  • Manage team dynamics by fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication across all departments.

  • Actively mentor and motivate team members to achieve both individual and team objectives.

  • Conduct detailed client discovery sessions to understand needs, identify challenges, and provide tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop actionable plans addressing client pain points.

  • Anticipate potential obstacles and proactively develop strategies to resolve them before they impact project timelines.

  • Analyze operational and sales data to uncover trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure success.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders.

  • Implement data-driven decisions that enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.


About You:

  • 3-7 years of Salesforce administration, development, or architecture experience

  • Ability to address multiple and often conflicting priorities in a high-paced environment

  • Strong active listening skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (internal and external)

  • Desire to work in a highly collaborative small start-up environment

  • Highly organized and detail oriented - We manage our work against quarterly roadmaps for our customers. We expect you to be organized in your work and to maintain the organization required to effectively deliver against client objectives in a timely manner.

  • Figure it out attitude - excellent problem-solving skills, independent and self-driven, and knows how to pull in additional support when appropriate

  • Open to timely feedback (both giving and receiving) in a pursuit to constantly improve
